Dr Rodney McMahon is an accomplished GP of long standing who has been the principle doctor at the Skin Cancer Clinic in Dapto for over ten years. He graduated from the University of Sydney and has gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin diseases over his years of practice.
He has a special interest in the area of detection, diagnosis and removal of skin cancers by both medical and surgical means. Rodney also enjoys all aspects of general medicine.
He has previously been an Associate Professor at the Wollongong University Medical School and has served on many health related boards. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of doctors and has produced a number of educational modules and videos to assist in the teaching of young doctors.
In his free time, Rodney is a keen gardener.
