Getting out into the great outdoors is a part of the Australian way of life. But you can still enjoy the sun and keep your skin safe at the same time.

  1. Always put sunscreen on and avoid venturing out between 12 and 3pm
  2. Wear a hat, sunglasses and protective clothing particularly if you’re planning on taking a long walk in the middle of the day
  3. Regular skin checks play a vital role in your health – especially if you spend a lot of time in the sun during the hotter months
  4. And finally, put more sunscreen on! You can never be too protected
