Dr Muhammad Asghar is an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with a special interest in skin cancer medicine, providing comprehensive skin checks, skin cancer screening, mole checks, and evidence-based management of skin cancer. As an active member of the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA), he is committed to delivering high-quality care using advanced dermoscopy techniques to support the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer.
Dr Asghar has a particular interest in skin cancer surgery and reconstructive procedures, helping patients achieve the best possible functional and cosmetic outcomes following the removal of skin cancers where clinically appropriate. His services include comprehensive full-body skin examinations, skin biopsies, skin cancer excisions, cryotherapy for selected lesions, and topical treatments for suitable superficial skin cancers and sun-damaged skin. He believes that early diagnosis, patient education, and preventative care are essential to maintaining long-term skin health and reducing the impact of skin cancer.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr Asghar enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active through cricket and fitness.
