Dr Sylvie Rogenmoser is an experienced General Practitioner with a special interest in skin cancer medicine, providing comprehensive skin checks, skin cancer screening, mole checks, and evidence-based management of skin cancer. She performs thorough full-body skin examinations using dermoscopy and has experience in skin biopsies and skin cancer excisions, with a strong focus on the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr Rogenmoser has completed additional training in skin cancer medicine, including the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) Certificate of Dermoscopy. She also undertook a three-month elective in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, where she further developed her surgical skills and gained valuable experience in achieving functional and cosmetic outcomes. She is known for her approachable, compassionate manner and takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and involved in decisions about their skin health.
Outside of work, Dr Rogenmoser enjoys surfing, bike riding with her young family, and attending pottery classes. She is passionate about helping patients protect their skin through education, prevention, and regular skin cancer screening, believing that early detection plays an important role in supporting long-term skin health.
