Dr Saika Sabrin is a Specialist General Practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) with over 15 years’ medical experience, including 12 years in Australia. Her special interest is skin and skin cancer medicine—she provides comprehensive skin checks, early detection and diagnosis of suspicious lesions, and patient-centred treatment plans tailored to each individual. Dr Sabrin speaks English and Bengali.
Dr Sabrin has worked as a GP in Ballarat and Hamilton, Victoria, and previously as a Senior Resident Medical Officer across regional Victorian hospitals, including Emergency Medicine. She has also contributed to medical education as a clinical educator and examiner for MBBS assessments in Australia.
Her postgraduate training includes Skin Cancer Medicine (Bond University), Paediatrics (University of Sydney), and Emergency Medicine (Australasian College of Emergency Medicine). Alongside her skin focus, she practises the breadth of general practice, with experience in women’s health, paediatrics, geriatric medicine, orthopaedics, general surgery, and emergency care.
